Premium Kiritsuke Chef Knife

This premium Kiritsuke chef knife, with a copper Damascus blade has incredible depth and movement, with the copper running through the pattern and catching the light beautifully.

Paired with a rich, highly figured resin handle, the warm tones of the handle and copper complement each other perfectly. Functional, beautifully balanced and just as much a piece of craftsmanship as it is a chef’s knife.
